Everything is perfect in this hotel!! It's a great experience to stay at The First! The staff is very nice, very friendly, professional and helpful. Loved the room I've stayed in.Very cosy.:o)

The heating was so warm and I couldn't find a way to get it down. Even the staff couldn't help me so I left the balcony's door open in order to sleep... but it's not a big deal...I mean, I probably didn't understand how to put the heating in another temperature. :o)
